Travel Time: Commutes under 1 hour are always free. For trips 1 hour or more, travel is billed at $12.50 per half-hour (round trip of 1 hour each way = $25). Our holiday season runs November 1st through December 25th.

Yes, we delight in bringing premium holiday magic to the Greater Austin and Williamson County area, but our sleigh is always ready for travel. Whether it’s a corporate gala, a destination holiday party, or a special celebration, we are available to bring the magic to you anywhere in the United States and internationally.
Weekends in November and December fill quickly, so we recommend booking as early as possible. Weekday and off-season dates are more flexible.
A 30% retainer secures your date on Santa’s calendar and is fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 days in advance or if we are able to rebook your time slot.
We do, and we love it. If your event supports a cause like Military families, Make-a-Wish, or Toys for Tots, please mention it in your booking notes — we always try to make room for these.
Whether you need Santa Pete, Mrs. Claus, or both, both individual and joint appearances are covered by our standard rate. Just let us know your preference in the event notes, and we’ll gladly tailor the visit for you!
